REFUND POLICY

Returns & refunds
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 calendar days from the delivery date.

Return conditions
Items must be:

  • Unused
  • In perfect condition
  • With original tags and/or packaging (if applicable)

How to request a return
Please email us at  broncettokids@gmail.com including:

  • Order number
  • Item(s)to be returned
  • Reason (optional)

We will reply with the next steps.

Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we made a mistake.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will issue the refund within 5 to 10 business days, using the same payment method as the original purchase.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Store credit option (optional)
If you prefer, we can offer a store credit with no expiration date to use in our shop.

EXCHANGES 
At the moment, we do not offer direct exchanges (for example, size or color changes).
If you would like a different item, you may request a return and place a new order.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Damaged or defective items
If your item arrived damaged or defective during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing broncettokids@gmail.com
and including:

  • Order number.
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will assist you as soon as possible.
